Membership Details

All memberships are a set, automatic monthly charge. New memberships require a 3-month initial commitment. After that time period, memberships may be canceled by providing a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Notice can be provided by email or by calling the salon and confirming with the manager on shift. Membership services are non-transferable and do not roll over month to month. Memberships are only valid at the location they were purchased at.

Service Redemption

Services MUST be redeemed during the month after your membership draft date. They cannot be used for appointments outside of this timeframe, regardless of redemption status. Services expire at the end of this time period or upon your next membership draft.

Appointment No Show and Cancellation Policy

For all membership services appointments are required. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you must provide 24 hours advance notice. Please call the salon and confirm the cancelation with the manager on duty. Please do not text or call the technicians directly.

Late Client Policy

If a client is 15 minutes or later for an appointment, they will be considered a late cancellation and we cannot guarantee the ability to perform the scheduled service. Clients will be offered a reduced service if there is time, out of respect for the time of our technicians and the clients to follow. If time allows, services will be performed as normal.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We cannot provide any cash or credit refunds.
